2001

Quantum Future Group actually began as Perseus Foundation, Inc, which was organized under the laws of the State of Florida, filed on January 25, 2001.

An EIN was applied for in February of 2001, and was assigned on February 27, 2001.

A bank account was applied for March 3, 2001 after Perseus Foundation received a donation of $88.00. Ark and Laura Jadczyk donated another $1,000.00 so that bank fees would not empty the new account.
